Pennco Natural Gas Boiler, 82% AFUE, 145 MBH, and Grundfos Circulation Pump. Comes with all connecting piping, fresh air intake, etc. This is currently located in a clean dry, former bank, basement. It was used for a sidewalk heating loop. Inspected Bi-annually for state inspection, and serviced yearly. It was disconnected prior to the state inspection this year, as we no longer need it. Prior owner had not used it for a number of years. It has had scheduled maintenance per the banks work-order system.
