This is the extender kit to convert a short shaft 1953-1954 Evinrude 15 hp Superfastwin to a long shaft. It extends the motor 5 inches. It includes the housing, drive and shift shafts, water tube, and the 4 bolts. Also included are the prop seal, gear case head O-ring, gear housing (spaghetti) seal, drive shaft seal, drive shaft to crankcase O-ring, and upper, center and lower water tube grommets. This will give you every thing for the lower unit to keep it from leaking water or gear oil. You will have to supply the gasket sealer for the gear case and if needed a water pump impeller or impeller kit. $325.00. Will ship at your expense.
