I bought 4 turkey poults at an auction several years ago. These birds were all black with a few white feathers. Selective breeding has now produced all white turkeys. They are not broad breasted and I do not consider them midget whites but they can fly, especially the hens.

I have the 4 adults, 3 hens and 1 tom as a group for $100. The hens are still laying. 1 hen decided to not be in the photo.
I have 4 poults (~2 months) off heat sold as a group for $60. I think it is 1 jake and 3 jennies but it could be 2 of each.
