We are looking for a handyman to be available as needed, usually part time to do repairs for rental properties. The work would include, painting, plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, lawn care, trash removal.
Pay $20 per hour.
Must have all your own tools, and vehicle. Your own trailer is needed for lawn care or trash removal.
Must submit W9.
