I'm looking for a female roommate (no couples) to rent a room in my apartment. Rent is $450 a month with everything included. Rent would be due before moving in and due the first of the month. No lease just month to month. The room is unfurnished (will need bed or blowup bed). I am turning what would be the living room into a bedroom as my daughter and I do not use it.
I'm 46 years old and a single mom to a 12 year old. I have three cats and a small dog. I have a portable washer that can be used to wash clothes. I do deliveries, podcasting and I write stories that I publish.
I'm pretty laid back. I like a decently clean house but I'm not anal about it. No parties, occasional guests is fine.
